Edwin Ginsberg, D.M.D

Dr. Ginsberg received his B.A. from the University of Rochester and his D.M.D. from Boston University in 1979. Following an internship and anesthesiology residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, he earned his Post Doctoral specialty certificate in Periodontics at Columbia University. He is a Diplomate of the American Dental Board of Anesthesiology and a Fellow in General Anesthesia of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. He has received NYS Certification for General Anesthesia and Concious Sedation. 

Dr. Ginsberg is presently Site Director of Periodontics at North Shore-LIJ Health System, and a faculty member of the the Hofstra North Shore-LIJ School of Medicine. He was formerly Director of Implant Surgery at North Shore University Hospital, as well as a member of the sections of Implant Surgery, Periodontics and Pain & Anxiety Control. Dr. Ginsberg serves on the board of Trustees of North Shore Long Island Jewish Health System. Dr. Ginsberg is also a member of the staff of St. Francis Hospital He is currently a member of the committee on Anesthesia and Pain Control of the American Academy of Periodontology, and is a member of the NY Society of Dental Anesthesiology and the Academy of Osseointegration. Dr. Ginsberg is a Director of the Nassau County Dental Society. 

Vasiliki Batalias, D.D.S

Dr. Batalias received her B.A. from New York University in 1994 and her D.D.S. from New York University College of Dentistry in 1997. Dr. Batalias completed her post graduate training and earned her certificate in Periodontics and Implantology at New York University College of Dentistry in 2000. 

Dr. Batalias is a former Clinical Assistant Professor at New York University College of Dentistry. Dr. Batalias is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Dental Association, the Northeastern Society of Periodontics, The New York State Dental Association and the Nassau County Dental Society.
